E07 Altus washing machine error E07 — motor fault

What it means

If your Altus washing machine shows E07: the control board has detected a motor fault: the drum does not turn or the motor is overloaded.

Likely causes

Object trapped between tub and drum, overloading, worn motor brushes, broken belt, wiring or board fault.

Safe steps you can try

Switch off and turn the drum by hand — it should turn freely. Reduce the load and try again.

When to call a technician

If the drum turns freely and the error persists, the motor, brushes and control board need diagnosis.
